Rhulani Mabunda

Founding Director

Rhulani Mabunda is a dedicated education professional with over 13 years of experience focused on student success and institutional support. Her career includes six years as a Learner Welfare and Retention Officer, where she developed systems to improve student engagement and reduce dropout rates. This was preceded by five years as a Principal’s Assistant, providing key operational and administrative leadership. Her foundational experience in various school-based roles has given her a deep understanding of the academic and pastoral ecosystem. Overall, her extensive footprint in education is defined by a unwavering commitment to fostering supportive environments that promote learner growth and retention.

Freda Mathekga

Director of Partnerships

Freda has more than 10 years of working in education as technology in education facilitator and school turnaround expert.

Gugu Kubheka

Director of Operations

Gugu is a passionate change manager who thrives on making impactful contributions to change lives of young people. She is a preacher during her free time and subscribes to being hands on in impacting lives.
